Chia pudding

A delicious, creamy summer dessert, loaded with chia energy and topped with lots of fresh fruit!


  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or vanilla seeds)
  • ¼ tsp. fine sea salt
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup granola
  • mixed berries
  • slivered almonds


  • Place the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl and whisk to combine. Then stir in the chia seeds.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Spoon the pudding into individual serving glasses and top with granola, berries and slivered almonds.
