A delicious, creamy summer dessert, loaded with chia energy and topped with lots of fresh fruit!
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or vanilla seeds)
- ¼ tsp. fine sea salt
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup granola
- mixed berries
- slivered almonds
- Place the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl and whisk to combine. Then stir in the chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Spoon the pudding into individual serving glasses and top with granola, berries and slivered almonds.
