Possibly the quickest, easiest, and most heavenly cooked meal.
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- slice of cheddar cheese
- Heat oil and butter to just sizzling in a small pan.
- crack egg into pan, scoop some of yolk for low-cholesterol option. Egg will flatten.
- Balance cheese slice over egg, cover pan and heat over low flame for few minutes.
- Turn off and let rest for another few minutes, covered. Serve over toast spread with chevre.
